Common login problems
IF you have registered before, and can't remember your username or your password, click here.
IF you have your username and password, but you're still not able to log in, please check the following:
- Your username should be in lowercase letters. Do not capitalize anything.
- Your username should have the underscore character ("_") between words, not spaces.
- Your username should not have any other punctuation (periods, dashes, parenthesis, etc.)

| 123 main st | No spaces (replace with underline character ("_"). |
| 123-main-st | No dashes (replace with underline character ("_"). |
| 123_Main_St | No capital letters. |
| 123_main_st. | No period. |
| (123_main_st) | No punctuation. |
| 123_main_street | Look carefully at abbreviations. |
| 123_main st | Watch for accidental spaces. |
| john@example.com | Don't confuse this username with your email address, your internet account, or your username for any other site. |
